Supporters/Users

Supporter center sponsorship sections vary depending on each supporter/user's settings. To keep things clear, we'll define the different supporter/user types that will be mentioned in the documentation. For brevity, the term user will be used to refer to a supporter or constituent.

Types

User types are primarily denoted by a custom field on the profile. The list and types of transactions on these profiles may vary. The supporter center documentation will use the keywords below denote user types, different language will be used to denote current or past transactions of a specific type.

Definitions

• donor - user with a field Is Active Partner for Children set to true
• sponsor - user with a field Is Active Sponsor set to true
• TT transition - user with a field Pilot TT Conversions set to true TT stands for Team Tomorrow
• fundraiser - user with a field Is Active FAF Participant set to true

Sample Users

Sample user section may be periodically updated, but is defined to give a general guide on the test users. Only the username of the users is used, the passwords are stores and shared securely between the team. Updated 2024-08-21
