Transaction Source Codes

Transaction source code for most transactions can be pulled up by creating a Report Writer report that brings in the fields Source Code Text & Sub Source Code Text in the Interaction Source section.

There is an exception, however, e-commerce (gift catalog) transactions will not have that value set. This is a bug in Luminate Online product.

To retrieve the source codes for e-commerce transactions, go to Fundraising > eCommerce > eCommerce Reports and run eCommerce Order Details Report report. This will create a report with full order data and will include source code fields.

eCommerce Orders by Source Code report will show source codes and a number of orders associated with them, but not association of the source code to the user or order id.
